1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. (International shipping is not available unless specifically confirmed with you.)

2. Order Processing Time

• Ready products: Usually dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Made-to-order / Customized: Dispatch time depends on product and customization. We will confirm the timeline on WhatsApp/Call.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

• Metro cities: 2–6 business days (after dispatch)
• Other locations: 4–10 business days (after dispatch)
• Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, weather, strikes, remote locations, or unforeseen events.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) are shown during checkout or communicated at the time of order confirmation (for bulk/custom orders). Free shipping offers, if any, will be mentioned on the product/checkout page.

5. Tracking & Updates

Once your order is dispatched, we may share tracking details via SMS/Email/WhatsApp (depending on courier availability).

6. Delivery Attempts & Address Issues

• Please ensure your address, PIN code, and phone number are correct while ordering.
• If delivery fails due to incorrect address/phone, re-shipping charges may apply.
• Courier partners usually attempt delivery 2–3 times before returning the package.

7. Damaged Package / Wrong Item

• If you receive a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging (unboxing video preferred).
• After verification, we will assist with replacement/refund as per our Refund Policy.

8. Bulk & Customized Orders

Bulk/custom orders may require additional processing time and shipping coordination. Final dispatch & delivery timelines will be confirmed before processing.
