1. Overview

At Majestic Melange, we take great care in creating and packing handmade products. If you face any issue with your order, we will do our best to help you with a replacement or refund as per this policy.

2. Eligibility for Return / Replacement / Refund

You may be eligible if:

• You received a damaged product.
• You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
• You received an item with a manufacturing defect (where applicable).

3. Not Eligible

Returns/refunds are generally not eligible for:

• Minor variations in color/finish/texture due to handmade nature or screen differences.
• Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling, water exposure, or improper use.
• Customized / Made-to-order items (unless damaged or incorrect).
• Items reported after the claim window mentioned below.

4. Claim Window (Important)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for any damage/wrong item claim. Claims raised after this time may not be accepted.

5. What You Must Share for Verification

• Order ID / invoice details
• Clear photos of the product + packaging
• Unboxing video (recommended for faster approval)

6. Resolution Options

After verification, we may offer one of the following:

• Replacement (same item or similar alternative if out of stock)
• Refund (full or partial, based on the issue)
• Store Credit (if mutually agreed)

7. Refund Method & Timeline

• Refunds are processed to the original payment method wherever possible.
• After approval, refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days.
• Bank/payment gateway processing may take additional time beyond our control.

8. Shipping Charges

• If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will guide you on the return/replacement process.
• If shipping charges were paid, they may be non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.

9. Cancellations

• Order cancellations may be possible only before dispatch.
• Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
• Customized/made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production begins.
